بلغت فريق خدمه العملاء
ان لدى مشكله بسيطه فى منتج
و كان الرد سريع للغايه فى حل المشكله
لقد تم تبديل المنتج المتضرر بمنتج جديد
و عندما طلبت تبديل المنتج بمنتج آخر أغلى سعرا
تم الرد بالموافقه
وبالفعل تم تبديل المنتج و لم ادفع اى مبلغ اضافى
بل بالعكس
طلبوا منى ان احتفظ بالمنتج المتضرر
و ارسوا لى المنتج الجديد و عليه ايضا ضمان سنتين
حبيبت اشكر الشركه المحترمه على المصداقيه
و بالأخص الاستاذه منه لمتابعتها معى حل المشكله
كانت تتصل بى يوميا لتبليغى كل المستجدات فى طلب تبديل المنتج
